Visit Tirana

Overflowing with trendy cafes and bars, this was the district of Tirana that made me call the city "swanky". Since prices in Albania are very low, eating out here still fits entirely within a backpacker's budget (and if not, there are plenty of corner eateries that will do the trick), and it's the most ideal place for people-watching. Because if you're wondering what to see in Tirana, one of my favorite things to see there was actually the people!
