The New Bazaar (Pazari i Ri) is Tirana's lively culinary and social hub, located east of Skanderbeg Square. Established in 1931 and beautifully renovated in 2017, the market features a striking geometric glass canopy. By day, vendors sell mountain honey, regional raki, cured olives, and cheeses, while in the evening, seafood restaurants and vibrant taverns fill the pedestrian plaza.
