The state rooms and the arcaded Arkadenhof courtyard are worth the visit. Entry is free: guided tours run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1 pm, in German with an English audio guide; register ahead. The square hosts a Christmas market in winter and a film festival in summer.
