An exquisite High Baroque terraced garden nestled on the slopes of Petřín Hill in Prague's Malá Strana district, landscaped between 1715 and 1720 for Count Jan Josef of Vrtba. Designed by architect František Maxmilián Kaňka, it features expressive allegorical statues by Matthias Braun and vibrant frescoes in the Sala Terrena. Its cascading upper terraces offer one of Prague's most romantic vistas of St. Nicholas Church and red-tiled roofs.
