The Church of Saint Nicholas in Malá Strana is a gem of Prague baroque, built by the Dientzenhofer family between 1704 and 1755. Its dome, roughly 70 metres high, dominates the district's rooftops; inside are Jan Kracker's Trinity fresco, a gilded altar and a crystal chandelier. Mozart played the organ here in 1787, and the church is now famous for its daily classical concerts.
