The Museum of Contemporary Art opened in 2011 in the post-industrial Zabłocie district, on the grounds of Schindler's Factory next to its famous museum branch. Three levels of galleries present Polish and international art made after 1945 — painting, video and large installations, refreshed by notable temporary shows. Level −1 with the collection is always free, and on Tuesdays the whole museum is.
