The Museum of Modern Art (Moderna galerija, MG+) in Ljubljana is Slovenia's premier institution for 20th-century national art, located at the edge of Tivoli Park. The building was designed between 1940 and 1948 by Edvard Ravnikar, a celebrated pupil of Jože Plečnik. Its permanent collection showcases exceptional works by Slovenian Impressionists, avant-garde pioneers, and postwar masters in light-filled galleries.
