The largest and most scenic public park in Ljubljana, spanning roughly five square kilometres at the base of Roznik Hill. Laid out in 1813 under French engineer Jean Blanchard, it seamlessly connected historic manor gardens. The central Jakopic Promenade, redesigned by master architect Joze Plecnik, hosts year-round open-air photography exhibitions, while the 17th-century Tivoli Castle houses the International Centre of Graphic Arts.
