An interactive museum of Viking and medieval Dublin beside Christ Church Cathedral, linked to it by a covered bridge. The exhibition leads from Viking raids to the city of the 1170s: a detailed scale model of medieval Dublin, reconstructions of narrow streets, costumes, sounds and smells, and costumed interpreters playing townsfolk. Up top, St Michael's Tower — 96 steps — offers a panorama of the old city.
