Hong Kong Island's highest point at 552 metres and the city's signature panorama. The historic Peak Tram funicular has been climbing here since 1888, though you can also walk up the old mountain roads. The free Lugard Road loop circles just below the summit, with views over Central's skyscrapers, Victoria Harbour and the New Territories. After dark the towers light up, and the view is often ranked among the world's great urban panoramas.
