Via Venezia

From the basilica, I continued along the ancient road Via Venezia. This road is part of the city walls and runs along the edges of the historic center along the waterfront. I arrived at the majestic Piazza Mercantile with its numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés. We explore Piazza del Ferrarese, another great spot for people-watching, and stroll along Via Venezia, the walls of Bari's old town. Here you can find free public restrooms! However, all roads seem to lead back to Piazza Mercantile.
