A soaring 105-metre wooden temple-sanctuary perched on a rocky promontory overlooking the Gulf of Thailand in Pattaya. Under continuous construction since 1981, it is crafted entirely from teak, redwood, and shorea without using metal nails. Every surface inside and out is covered with intricate hand-carved sculptures reflecting Thai, Khmer, Chinese, and Indian spiritual philosophies and cosmic mythology.
