Star Ferry

A journey of less than five minutes from shore to shore, the Star Ferry is the fastest and cheapest way to travel between Tsim Sha Tsui and Central or Wan Chai. Victoria Harbour is a hive of activity, with ships of all shapes and sizes passing by — honking, speeding, or chugging along — while the experienced Star Ferry captains somehow avoid collisions. Traveling the main route from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island, or, more precisely, from Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) to Central, it's hard not to be awed by Hong Kong Island's dense towers, backed by green mountains rising up before you.
