Brooklyn's flagship 585-acre public park, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux, who considered it their true landscape masterpiece. It features the Long Meadow, the longest unbroken lawn in any American urban park, as well as a 60-acre lake and Brooklyn's only surviving forest, the Ravine. The monumental Soldiers' and Sailors' Memorial Arch anchors the park's main entrance at Grand Army Plaza.
