Ocean Park

Ocean Park is one of the best amusement parks in Hong Kong, thanks to its thrilling rides and animal habitats. The park is divided into two main areas — The Summit and The Waterfront (connected by a 1.5-kilometer cable car) and the Ocean Express Funicular Railway. Both areas are further divided into eight sections: Marine World, Thrill Mountain, Adventure Land, Polar Adventure, and Rainforest in the Summit, as well as Aqua City, Amazing Asian Animals, and Whiskers Harbour in the Waterfront. As far as theme parks go, this park packs in all the excitement you can handle in one day — a stroll through old Hong Kong, roller coasters, the Grand Aquarium, and a look at rare and exotic wildlife. Ocean Park takes pride in its enormous aquarium, offering views of thousands of fish from 400 species, a Reef Tunnel, and the chance to interact with sea stars and sea cucumbers. Above the sea, you can take part in the Giant Panda Adventure, which features giant pandas, red pandas, and the endangered Chinese giant salamander.
