Belgrade's Museum of Contemporary Art sits in Ušće Park right at the scenic confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. Designed by Ivan Antić and Ivanka Raspopović and opened in 1965, the building is a landmark of Yugoslav modernism composed of six interconnected crystal-like polyhedrons. The museum houses over 8,000 works of 20th and 21st-century art, with glass galleries framing spectacular views of the Belgrade Fortress.
