The Butterfly Park in Perdana Botanical Garden is among the world's largest covered butterfly parks: thousands of Malaysian butterflies fly inside a netted aviary with ponds, waterfalls and tropical plants. They feed at fruit stations, and a nursery shows caterpillars and chrysalises. A separate pavilion is devoted to live beetles, stick insects and other insects. The park pairs well with the lake gardens and the orchid garden next door.
