A vast private palace on Via del Corso where the Doria Pamphilj family still lives today. The gallery holds more than 400 paintings — Raphael, Titian, Caravaggio, Lotto — and Velázquez's celebrated Portrait of Innocent X, the pope born into this very family. The route runs through state rooms to a mirrored gallery about 76 metres long. The audioguide is narrated by a family member; the collection has passed down since the 17th century.
