The Casablanca Twin Center is a landmark of modern Morocco, dominating the bustling commercial district of Maarif. Designed by acclaimed Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill with Elie Mouyal and completed in 1998, the complex consists of two identical 28-storey towers rising 115 metres, clad in pale local marble and glass. A multi-level shopping galleria connects the towers at the base, while the Kenzi Tower Hotel houses a panoramic rooftop lounge.
