A craft brewery beneath the De Gooyer windmill in east Amsterdam, opened in 1985 in a former municipal bathhouse and brewing certified organic beer: IJwit, Zatte and a rolling line of seasonal IPAs and ales, poured under wooden vaults or on the terrace by the water. Short guided tours with tastings run on certain days; on fine afternoons the picnic tables fill up fast.
