The Feria de Abril, Seville's legendary festival, takes place two weeks after Easter and is one of the largest fairs in Andalusia. This week-long party long ago left behind its humble 19th-century roots as a livestock market, and its sandy fairground—or recinto—now hosts more than 1,000 individual tents, or casetas, each year. Run by local charities, businesses, and collectives, these casetas are where locals dance and drink late into the night every night of the week. The Seville Fair traditionally begins two weeks after Holy Week at a large fairground complex in Los Remedios, south of the city, located by the river. During the fair, people can dance, drink, eat, and socialize, with late nights or staying up until dawn as the norm. Tours from ₹1.066
