In the Middle Ages fish and candles were traded here; today the townhouses around the perimeter house cafés with terraces where locals escape the crowds of the Rynek. The same old walls and views of the basilica tower, but without the noise — one of the Old Town's cosiest corners for morning coffee and evening wine.
