The former Bow Street distillery where John Jameson perfected triple distillation from 1780 — the hallmark of Irish whiskey. Production moved out in 1971, and the building now hosts an interactive guided experience: three rooms on ingredients, pot stills and branding, a comparative tasting of whiskeys from different countries and the signature serve. Guided tours only; booking a time slot ahead is wise.
