Housed in the former Gia Long Palace completed in 1890 by French architect Alfred Foulhoux, this museum chronicles the history of Saigon. The neoclassical mansion features grand staircases and ionic columns, holding archaeological relics, vintage photographs, and independence movement exhibits. Beneath the palace lies a network of reinforced concrete bunkers built in 1962, while vintage aircraft stand in the courtyard.
