A small garden in the Sablon quarter, laid out in the late 19th century to a design by architect Henri Beyaert. Around its perimeter stand 48 bronze statues depicting Brussels' guilds, while the centrepiece is a fountain monument to Counts Egmont and Horn, executed in 1568. Lace-like railings, flowerbeds and tree shade make it one of Brussels' most graceful squares; the antique dealers of the Grand Sablon face it across the street.
