Located in northern Budapest's Obuda district, this archaeological park and museum preserves the remains of Aquincum, capital of the Roman province of Lower Pannonia founded around 89 AD. Visitors explore excavated streets, courtyard villas with underfloor heating systems, public baths, and a forum. Inside the exhibition pavilion, Roman mosaics, carved tombstones, and a rare 3rd-century portable water organ are displayed.
