A striking futuristic skyscraper in Osaka's Kita district, designed by architect Hiroshi Hara and completed in 1993. It consists of two 40-storey towers rising 173 metres, bridged at their summits by the circular Floating Garden Observatory (Kuchu Teien). Visitors ascend via glass-enclosed escalators spanning the open central void to reach the open-air rooftop ring, providing 360-degree vistas across Osaka.
