Housed in the charming 1912 neoclassical Old Tao Nan School on Armenian Street, this museum celebrates the heritage of Peranakan communities across Southeast Asia. Peranakans are descendants of early Chinese, Indian, and Eurasian immigrants who integrated with indigenous locals. Across nine galleries, visitors admire extraordinary beaded slippers, intricately embroidered nyonya kebayas, auspicious nyonyaware porcelain, and carved furniture.
