The former Royal Route stretches from Castle Square to Three Crosses Square. Must-see attractions along the route include: St. Anne's Church (and the view from the church's bell tower), the Polonia House (once the Museum of Industry and Trade, where Marie Skłodowska-Curie worked), the Radziwiłł Palace (the current residence of the President of Poland), the University of Warsaw campus with the Kazimierzowski Palace, the Czapski Palace (the Academy of Fine Arts), and the elegant shops and restaurants on Nowy Świat Street — a continuation of Krakowskie Przedmieście. After visiting the Old Town and seeing everything it has to offer, it's time to set off along Warsaw's Royal Route. The Royal Route is a historic and picturesque path running from the Old Town to the Royal Wilanów Palace, encompassing some of the city's most famous attractions and cultural treasures. It has been traveled by kings, diplomats, and distinguished visitors over the centuries.
