Nature4.7 · 2 6914.7 · 22≈ 1 h 8 minFree entry

A natural park on the hills just north of Málaga, protected since 1989. The slopes are covered in Aleppo pines, planted en masse in the 20th century after devastating floods to hold the soil. Today hiking trails run past old wine-producing farmhouses known as lagares and viewpoints over the city and the Costa del Sol. Clean mountain air and shady forest begin only a few kilometres from the city centre.
