A viewing deck on the crest of the Busay hills, some 650 metres above sea level and about half an hour's drive from central Cebu. The metro area sprawls below all the way to Mactan island: high-rises, the strait and the ports. Sunset and dusk are the best times, when the city lights come on. A simple snack bar sits at the top; a taxi is the easiest way up the winding road.
