Opened in 2015 in Dublin's historic Liberties quarter, Teeling was the capital's first new operational whiskey distillery in over 125 years. The immersive guided tour leads visitors right through the working production floor past three gleaming copper pot stills named Alison, Natalie, and Rebecca. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of Teeling whiskey and a seasonal cocktail.
